Good Morning South Side Families,

I hope you had a fantastic weekend and are ready for our 4 day week of learning.  Here are a few bits of information for you regarding things taking place in the school over the next few weeks.

You are invited to join us for our SSS PTA sponsored Easter Egg Hunt which will take place on Thursday, April 10 from 6:00-7:00pm.  This is a free event!  All you need to do is bring your own basket or bag to collect your eggs!

Next Friday, April 11th is our third and final in-school day of the year.  Based on feedback from families we will be having a ‘bring a guest to lunch and recess’ day!  We hope you will be able to attend with your child or send a trusted adult to join them.  To RSVP please click here.

April vacation is just two weeks away.  As a reminder, all Bristol Public Schools will be closed April 14-18 for April vacation.  Schools will reopen on Monday, April 21st for a full week of learning.

April is Arab American Heritage Month.  'As a district committed to equity and inclusion, we recognize the importance of celebrating Arab American Heritage Month as a vital part of American history and culture. Since its official designation as National Arab American Heritage Month in 2022, April has served as a dedicated time to uplift Arab American voices, contributions, and histories.'  If you would like to learn more with your child the following links may be of help.
