Dear BPS Families,

As you know, last Thursday was the first official day of school for BPS, but for the Edgewood PreK Academy, today was their first day of school at Giamatti.  A Meet and Greet was held last Friday afternoon to give families and students a preview of the new space.

Thank you to the dedicated Edgewood PreK Academy staff, whose genuine concern and love for one another and their precious students are truly admirable and greatly appreciated.  We also can't offer enough accolades to honor the hard work and dedication of their outstanding leader, Courtney Sugarman.  

Custodian Lisa Reek went above and beyond to make sure the facility was ready for the return of staff and students.  Lisa, your hard work behind the scenes has not gone unnoticed, and we are sincerely grateful for all that you have done.   

Additional thank yous to our Tech Team and Facilities Office, who assisted with the transition from the Senior Center to Giamatti.  I want to thank everyone for their collective efforts on behalf of our PreK students.  This new beginning would not have been possible without each of you. Thank you for helping us start this exciting new chapter on such a strong and positive note.
